We understand that, for certain reasons, you may need to return a faulty or damaged product and we want to make this as simple as possible.
Item is damaged/faulty
We want to provide the best equipment and product after care as possible. If you are experiencing a problem with your equipment purchase, you can speak to our online chat team for assistance or call Stoddart on 1300 79 1954.
If you believe you have purchased a faulty or damaged product, please complete the form attached in Returns and refunds instructions.
You may, have:
– rights under our Standard Warranty (Refer to Stoddart Warranty at www.stoddart.com.au/warranty-information);
– legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other rights under other consumer laws applying in each Australian State and Territory.
Stoddart reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.

Returns and refunds
If you believe you have purchased a faulty or damaged product, please complete this form, and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach relevant photos/video where applicable to show product fault or damage.
You must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product. Proof of purchase may be your Stoddart Tax Invoice, credit card statement or any other form of evidence.
We will arrange collection of the item from your location and provide an exchange or refund – whichever is applicable.
